my m8 used 2 do this, he was offerin £500per week n out of that you £375.
he had £125, thats done at 25%  hope that helps wezzy32

You will need a rental agreement that covers all the aspects that may arise from you cleaning them.

as for the percentage to have to pay, this depends on what you both think is fair and the quality f work that you will be doing, but I would say 20%

he did ave a contract m8. i cant get u a copy as he sold up a while back. just go 2ur sol & they will do u 1. but it has 2b redone every year as there r alway small changes in the law, so best keep it up 2date or lose    prob cost about £150/£200 but then all u gotta do is make copys of them

u'll b lucky m8, most wont sell  more moneys worth 2them if they keep it 
eg: my m8.... rent 5k a year every year...... sell 8k one off  : no brainer

you will find that any new customers belong to the owner of the company and yes you will have to pay more per week because the round has just increased its value.

dont get me wrong im only sayin wot my m8 used 2do. all stuff like that was tide up
tighter than a ducks bum in his contract.
some people did try it on, but he took them 2 court & won. he took 1 bloke 2court after he had a heartatact  yep u guessed it he won that as well.
