no i am getting it done by a company who does wc websites,  so might of used there template, it will al be changed by the time it is up and running properly

After I got mine up and running, I had my very IT-savvy friend cast his eye over it. He said that having your phone number and email address as text means that they can be read by computers and you can be spammed to death. His suggestion was to have them as a jpeg image file, it looks the same, but evil spammer's computers simply see a picture.

Very true,.. though your phone number won't attract much spam as spammers would have to pay the phone bill & they prefer e-mail because its free.

If you use the right software you can get a flash based contact form that none of the spam bots will be able to pick up on but that will still give full functionality.
