drips on windows

hi guys got  one  of my customers  with some  wooden windows frames   the 2 front  top windows  done for 2nd clean and had big marks all over them look a  bad  so did  again  and still them same so went back day after got ladder out to check what  was  wrong and the seal on the top is loose will this  always be a problem for me

u could try, just try to avoid touch it,  but it might need repairing,  if its just the seal that holds the window in,  u could try siliconeing it but beware of this as custy might say u made it worse
