i think it a good idea, wouldnt bother me payin a couple of quid more each month
all the bins round here r just wrong, esp during the summer, as us windys
know all2 well as we walk past them. with the stink n all the flys

does the system recycle the water if not and the dirty water is just going onto the road then it wont meet current legislation and will be breaking the law.
