You won't need a recording - if you're downwind and within 50 miles you'll hear it easily!

That is a good price. When i hired one from Omnipole, the vac was a 4200 watt with 3 motors. Would this 3000 watt one be powerful enough for commercial? Could it be changed over to 110 power?

more than powerfull,i used 1 motor and was more than powerfull enough,3 motors on would rip the skin off your face.
