hi darren i have been using this pole( made by stream uk ) nearly for 3 years now i use it couple of times a month fully extended and it is not that bed at all you will get used to it very quickly and one ting is sure it does the job one down side is i think the bush could be better i changed mine after a few months of use and very please with it since it wobbles a bit  but i think it is normal when fully extended with that price i would not think twice and buy it

Its got to be carbon for that height, I know I used a g/fibre for years.
If you double the price you can get one. You will not regret it. Just get a credit card with 13 months interest free credit and pay for it that way. Thats what I did and have never looked back.
