no psi

whatsoever.

boxer 421, psi just died a death this morning, well last night. guessing its probably a blockage in the orifices.

or its broke.

any ideas for me to try after cleaning out the orifices?

certainly was dave, new pump needed, can the old one be fixed, probably not but i'll give it a go.

pressure build up on off switch in head of pump sticking, took pump apart, loosened the switch a few times, put it back together again and all the kings horses, ha ha. and they said it couldn't be fixed.

watch it stick again now.

When you said no psi, I thought it was the solution pump you were talking about, sounds like its the transfer pump?. You ran out of water!!

glyn thought the same dave, sorry i meant the shurflo that fills the header tank.

Get a spare in just incase okay they are a bit minty but you'll need one sooner or later I thin I used to go through one a year with my 421.

got a new one coming tomorrow shaun, did 5 hours tonight with no problems so looks like its fixed but yeah, a spare will be good
