I need a cleaning schedule template for cleaning communal areas now Iknow what to do but I am stuck on how to set the schedule out any help would be hugely helpful

OK it depends on a number of factors really.

How often are you cleaning ? once a week? 5 days a week

What areas are you cleaning, i.e. stairs, hall, social area etc?

Squre feet of area to be cleaned overall i.e. 2000sqf

Once you know that you can break the areas down.

Then you can break the tasks, items to be cleaned on certain days.

And how much time you have allocated for each area.

Without that I doubt we could advise you really on a schedule.
