I`m not the best at explaining my trad methods. Ideally a day out would be best.

The Shiner took me up, and he lives approx 2hrs away from me.
I`m new to WFP, so my advice would be pony there.

I don`t tell porkies, what i say i do, I CAN DO. Forget my sceptics, there are people who are quick to dispel, but not willing to take up my offer.

I don`t care what anyone says, I CAN AND DO SOMETIMES EARN £40+ PER HOUR. That`s why i want to crack the WFP, so i can help others in this too eventually.

Thing with UBA1 is he says he can clean all these houses, I think 6 within a hour. What he's saying is that he will happily have anybody come along and watch him. He will also help anybody out and show them tips on getting the job done a lot faster.
If I lived near to him then I would take him up on the offer.
You cant say much fairer than that.

UBA1 is very quick and must be fit, as most of us would tike to achevie this sort of speed.

But speed is helpfull, but £40 - £60 per hour is posible with out speed its having good prices for the work you do.

I have some excellent prices and think I do a good job, and its very rare that I loose a job.

I have customers who have been with me 18yrs - 20yrs and most recomend me to other people.

So well done UBA1, its great to see someone doing well and willing to share there skills.

Roy :)

Thank you. You hit the nail on the head. I have always had pretty good prices. If you combine high pricing with speed (and a decent job of course!) then yes, you will earn a lot of wonga.

Be enterprising, keep your goals achievable, don`t run, walk first, and yes you will reach your goals.

And by the way Mr Gould, yes i DO pay VAT, and your calculations of £80k per annum are obviously been done by £40/hour 5 days a week 52 weeks of the year. I DON`t work 52 weeks of the year, probably about 40. Also i don`t clean 8hrs a day and earn £40 per hour every hour, as my main source of income is from selling high earning rounds.
I`m not going to disclose HOW much i earn, but yes i`m well into the VAT bracket.

(Modified): Graham, please only reply to my posts if you can make some form of constructive response...

UBA1. Just out of interest, do you give residential customers a VAT reciept for each job, I can imagine its quite time consuming.

I've often wondered about vat with customers and how it works. It would be interesting to find out.

By the way Graham, dont mess with UBA1. From what I've heard he's a nice guy. Lets face it he would help any of us out and show us how to do the job better, he offers to do that. I dont think you can say fairer than that. But he's got that boxing icon going on. Would I mess with that? No Way.

There are ways and means dear boy ;D But on selling my rounds, i incorporate the VAT in the price. Won`t explain on here though i`m afraid ;)

I think we have been down this road before.
I would like to tell you of an experience I had some 20 years ago.
I was cockle picking on the Dee estuary at the time. I was working as a part of a team of three. God we were the dogs, we were getting 100 bags a day between us, no one could touch us. We had designed our own super efficient system of riddling cockles and we were earning top dollar.
One day this new guy came out on the cockle beds. A short stockey unassuming kind of bloke. He said he had worked the cockles on the other side of the river, none of us had seen him before. He had an old fashioned traditional cockle riddle and a cut down garden rake. Well I guess you know what's coming.
This guy did 100 bags on his tod. We watched mesmerised, every movement was precise and economical. He was totally focussed on what he was doing and never let his concentration waver for a second.
we gazed on in total admiration. He repeated this feat every day for weeks. He came out did his 100 bags and left. The rest of us were still out there trying to get our quota.
In window cleaning terms most of us are like sunday league soccer players, we can hold our own against the teams we play. But every now and again the Michael Owens and Tierry Henry's come along and They are in a different league.
I have never seen UBA1, But I did see the short stocky cockle picker. Dai

I am sorry about the thingyls guy,s I was talking about little shelfish that we used to pick on the Dee estuary. You can buy them in little jars with vinegar. I guess that because the first four letters begin with a slang name for a male sex organ, and crows in the morning the word thingyl has appeared. I know my spelling can be wayword at times but not that bad, Dai
