hi all.
Just had a call from a customer wanting me to do an on site quote for a suite clean. He says it is about 8 months old and from argos.
he says theres a few stains on it and when he wipes them with water it is very absorbent and a white powdery stain is left which he cant shift for weeks. he also says that the suite feels very sticky anyway and when he has tasted it (yes tasted it!!!) it tastes vile. could this be some sort of protective treatment? any advice on this powder and what to do would be appreciated( i forgot to ask the colour) thanks
