Richy,

I think it's probably a fair price that will keep both parties happy, if used right you should get a lot of work from it, we use ours on probably a monthly basis for deep cleaning of commercial kitchens, public toilets, tiled floors, etc.  It will not do everything for you and you'll still need to put some graft in to the jobs, but it will certainly help
