Anyone using a Thermopure?

Hi,has anyone had issues with tds readings being good in the tank but high coming out of the brush.

Does the tank water go through the polisher last and if so is this where I'm getting an issue?

I've got 000 in the tank and 016 at the brush and I've bled the hoses cos I got 000 at the brush on Friday.
