Different staff on occasions

Hi all & a very happy new year!!!  I do domestic cleaning & was just wondering if you were going too be supplying your customer with a different cleaner as a 1 off or perhaps a few visits do you inform the customer about this or do you state at your first meeting that you may on occasions get a different cleaner?  Also if a member of staff leaves you, I know you would have too tell your customer that she will be getting a new cleaner, but do you tend to take the new cleaner to introduce them to the customer or just see if they ask to be introduced to the cleaner?
