I went out yesterday (saturday) Had a heater in the van all night but only managed to do half the first house before the hose froze and the jets in the brush blocked up.

Went home, thawed it all out started again but it went again within 15 minutes. Finally in the afternoon got three houses done then gave up.

I think the lesson here is numerous but one important lesson is to expect a certain amount of down time per year and work that into your financial predications and workload for the coming year.

Work ...1 day last week

Do not think I will work this coming week...

Cheer and have a good one.

No not me, I wish I did! I just have a self built van mounted tank and pumps. I am however investigating ways of warming the water before I leave home in the morning. I reckon even ten degrees would be enough. I have half developed idea of recirculating the water in the tank through a heater off a carpet cleaning machine for about an hour while I have breakfast. Its only necessary for a few days each year so I don't want anything too elaborate
