the 4040 really is a good piece of kit, you have water instantly. I get more water out of it than i would get from a normal tap in some places!!

I m a bit confused? You say you need something to make 600l + per day but your 300 gpd unit should be producing 1200+ litres per day?

Suds what does your booster pump deliver per hour as a 300 gal should give you a min of 900 lit a day. Some times your pump has 80 pressure a low delivery of say 22 litres per hour. Before you buy anything chech you amount of water your pump will deliver per hour.

talk to Allan at www.purewaterproducts.co.uk

He has a 500GPD system on trial at the moment that gives a 73% pure to 27% waste ratio,.. as well as some larger systems if you need them. The prices are very good too! Mention me or ACS and you might get a bit of a discount too. :)

I would upgrade the RO, so when you grow you do not have this problem.
4040 are not that expensive anymore
