I've just gone to quote for cleaning a conservatory inside and out in the Hertfordshire area. That includes all the glass, guttering and PVC. Builders have been in and erected scaffolding over it so the roof is very dirty. Access is restricted on one side of the conservatory making cleaning part of the roof a pain. The inside has recently been painted so there are likely to be paint marks. The approximate size of the conservatory is

Length - 6.00m
Width - 2.50m (about 3.5m at the end where the dome is)

The conservatory has a circular bay window/spire section at one end so the roof area will be larger than on a simple rectangular conservatory. The customer has asked for 2 quotes - one for cleaning just the outside and one for outside and inside.

Can you tell me the best way of cleaning a conservatory? Should i use a pressure washer and then wash off with GG4 and rinse? Your advise will be much appreciated.

I would charge £100 for the outside and £75 for the insides, or £150 for both.
 I am not the cheapest! The roof will take a while, do not pressure wash it as the seals will probably leak!! As you are not wfp i would use a hosepipe and brush to get the worst off and then rinse. As for the rest of the pvc you can pick up pvc cleaner in most shops. Pressure wash the frames and windows to save a bit of time.
