If it is a proper 5 storeys then a 45ft should reach, if the storeys start at above ground level then you may need 50ft.

Alex, is there still a 3 week lead on the 51ft Super-Lite?

I'm not sure how urgent it would be yet anyway, just checking so I can sound like I know what I'm talking about when I see them.

With a bit of luck, I might be able to buy a second hand one from the cleaner they are gonna sack ;D

I know your question has already been answered but as I rule of thumb I usually allow 10ft per floor.
