Price increase for Xmas
« on: October 18, 2009, 02:45:48 pm »
I am considering putting my prices up from 1st Dec, maybe £20 per job, 4 jobs per day, could clear an extra £500 per week. I know the holiday companys manage to get away with it in August, people expect it and dont usually complain.
Just a thought ::)

£20 on a £400 job is not a massive increase, £20 on a £40 job may cause some raised eyebrows!!  Far better to do a percentage increase on your meterage price

supply and demand in my opinion. if i get too booked up through december or any other month (which i doubt i will as its still early days for me) i'll increase as and when to stem the flow, but definately not on my existing user base.

I think if you sell yourself well, sell the service, then i think you can increase margins,
go for it !!

If in doubt.....Leave it out !!
