only problem is it would be pee'ing on your leg instead and you will then have to wait until he walks 70ft down the street, and even then if it turns a corner before that, the dog and owner will be ping themselves at you.

I bet you still never changed your water though......

i used the water to wash the bucket then filled up with fresh water
