Ok,

I want to know if omnipole are the only brand that supply ready made equipment ie: high preasure lances, powerpoles etc for preasure washing gutters?
Is there another manufacture out there that does it?
Are there general attachments for preasure washers to do the job?

No nothing about preasure washers but getting sick of the 90degree spine bend using WFP for the job

Are you talking about cleaning the external features of gutters or internal?

If external, I would not even consider using a pressure washer, just go up ladders and use some good old fashioned elbow grease and some good chemicals.  In fact I wouldn't even use it for internal guttering, for this see link below;
