Just got my designs back from the sign writer and I need an opinion or 2 on one of my bullet points,

I asked for (Health and safety preferred system) the design has come back with (complies with latest health and safety regulations) which one would be better or should I drop it altogether ? I would post a pic but cant seem to do it.
