Most amazzing house i have ever been in,over 400 yrs old massive 3 story tudor place,was bricking myself,that i would knopck something,place was furnished like nothing i have ever seen !
Dog had a bottom problem,on the middle floor,lost control of it`s bowels all over the 100% wool very expensive cream carpet  .
Custy had blitzed it with vanish,told them i may not be able to make an improvement.
Did the job,got it all out carpets looked new again  Very happy customer,said she would rec me to friends etc.Had another call this morning,when i answered the phone i was petrified i had done something wrong,turns out doggy had an arse prob again in one of the rooms i cleaned,could i come back ? Yes not a prob,met her husband who was also really nice,obviously very very wealthy,wanted to know if i would do commercial work for him if it came up.

I used stain pro,for protein based stuff,then microsan,then a strong mix of p/s/gold,then rinsed with fib and fab,and loads of odour neut

When I do these I've usually got to deal with a dye stain which doesn't always come out, although on that carpet you could 'probably' reduce it.

I wondered too, given that the blue bottle is probably the Stain Pro and the red bottle looks like it says Solvex on it.
All the same....nice job with a good future contact.
Does that mean we are at last at the end of that hideous vehicle you are running around in, and you will now invest in something that goes with the image?

It`s an empty solvex bottle,got a 5ltr of stain pro ,and just decanted it into that  other one is Microsan.
still using the van at the moment,does not get too hot now if it`s cooler out ,not having to use the fan either,but looking for others
