Talking to a fellow wfp cleaner today in my town and i'm amazed at how little knowledge the guy had regarding his kit. Didn't have a clue. His large pole he said he can't use by himself because the sections are nearly nine feet long and he can't reach the clamps - takes two of them to extend it and then it's too heavy to use. God knows what he bought. He has a very pro looking van but doesn't seem to know anything about the equipment in it.  :

Tell him to cut his pole down to a sensible size and keep the small one (off cuts) for bungalows.
