Best pole for domestic?

Just wondering what peoples opinions are for pole and brush for domestic properties only?

i e : only first floor and window above conservatory. 17/18ft.

What is the life span of the pole if used everyday?

I reckon Gardiners 25ft SLX with the black bristled brush.  You will be able to bridge over most flat roofs without getting on a ladder and without busting a gut.  It's not the cheapest option but that's not what you asked.

buy the cheapest
And lots of them, or buy a decent pole that will last you
