customer complaint

any wfp cleaners ever had a customer say "your new window cleaning gadget has caused water to enter inbetween the seals of my d.glazed window".had that today and lost a customer id had for 5 years.oh well,i,ll just have to pickup another account or two. :D

I have had it but not lost any customers over it.
The one's that leak if they are ground floor i do them by hand

the problem is the glass has misted up on the inside and their only a few years old.owch!

happend loads of times........when a customer says ive damaged a window with my "thingy majig" my first point is cant be...when they say why not.......then tell them "why havent the othe 10 windows ive done aswell gone like it...manufacturing problem......get them changed if under gurantee.they would have gone in the long term even if you had not used wfp.also these wfp have been tested on all windows so if should have been put forward that they damage windows..not..also try telling your insurance company that they want to make a claim cos youve damaged the window and made it mist up....

a double glazed unit will not be affected by a pole....if the sealed unit is blown, it's blown...not your fault. Anyway, it's probably been like that for a while..I get them too, in fact one I used to do was half full of water...nothing to do with me...full of condensation (this was before the pole...and after the pole it made no difference)....some people...

He He.... Yes 1 month WFP but have a few years traditional.
But we have all seen them traditional or WFP.
Just i found they notice more with WFP.....
