where is a good supplier of this?
also, is it ok to run say a 10m length from tap to system?
want to use this to minimise pressure loss, however, no point if 10m length will result in loss.

It will result in some loss particularly if you're using 1/4" JG. However, if you're using 3/8" or 1/2", 10 metres is not excessive.

if its 1/2" pipe you want go for HEP. Its better than JG and it wont freeze or crack
