I kept my vote to myself. I've still got it.

One day it may come in usefull under a wobbly table.

Anyway I took part in the poll but I won't disclose who I would have actually voted for if I was not thinking of wobbly tables.

In fact, I lied about who I'd vote for because you can't trust these polls so I did a double bluff and polled another option just to fool you all.

In fact, the above is a triple bluff which may or may not be true.

In fact, my triple bluff, could or could not be, or maybe or maybe not a quadriple bluff.

And all the above could be a ploy to get you all thinking I may or may not have been telling the truth or bluffing and that statement may or may not be true.

That is based on whether I was or whether or not I was not telling the truth or not being truthfull or being truthfull in any or just one of the sentances above.

In any case, the above may or may not be true. It depends if you accept, or not accept, the invalidity or validity of all that was written before this sentance. And that includes this sentance.

I'll let you all decide.

Er........ Dunno.

Well it depends on what she has to say.

Last time she said anything worth listening to was that she had 3 kids, one of each.  ;D

Ross for Prime Minister!
Just what we need, straight talking, no prevaricating, tells it like it is, a straight shooter......bit like that Prescott guy, doesn't mangle the language at all ;)

Wonder how many new ways they will try to screw some of our hard earned cash away from us in the next 5 years.
Or how many new regulations we shall have to deal with.
I wonder how we will be viewing Health & safety in 5 years time?
What new restrictions shall be in place before we can clean windows?
One thing you can be sure of, it certainly won't get easier to be self employed :-\

I voted for the Scottish National Party, even though I'm a Geordie!

One of their aims is to have an Independant Scotland, therefore all patriotic English people should let them have their wish!

That way, Scottish people (like Ross) would have to work in England with a work permit, even if it's only to race the Kosovans to the cars at traffic lights with his squeegie, or ask for 10p from passer-bys, on some London gutter; and we could send them back if we didn't like them, and create anti-terror laws such as 'no wearing bloody skirts if you're a bloke'.  And bagpipes... don't get me started on bagpipes.

Graham,

The Scottish and Welsh National Parties aren't staffed by stupid, biggoted, baseball cap wearing, green bomber-jacket, NAZI thugs; whose main aim is to rid the UK of anyone who isn't white.  Their main points are that the London government does the best for the South of England; while Scotland and Wales have to follow an economic policy that may be best for the UK as a whole; but not the best for them.

Any party which has 'National' in it can be tarred as racialist; National Socialism = NAZI.  But the BNP are just out and out racist idiots, playing on uneducated people's fears.

I was starting to think you were an intelligent bloke; but you've just took ten paces backwards with that post.

Sorry Graham, but when you said:

yet the British National Party is somehow frowned on by the... yes, by the British!

I just thought, yes, of course it's bloody frowned upon!  The BNP are so patriotic, apparantly, yet I've only ever met one British Soldier who claimed to be a member of it.  And he was a fool.

As for the British knowing they're British; we all have our own identities.  Apart from the boring ones down south.  I once met an American woman who said she didn't like the 'English'.  I said, 'that's okay, Pet.  I'm a Geordie from the Kingdom of Northumbria'.

We all have our own identities; who cares if we don't classify ourselves as 'British'; but let's not go down the 'deport or burn anyone who isn't white' route. It just isn't 'cricket', as they say.

There are no Nazis in Britiain,

I'm sure that when I was a kid the local doorman at the cinema looked awfully like Adolf Hitler! ;D
It's a game of three halves!
