forcing the glass to sheet
« on: July 06, 2009, 09:52:30 pm »
just thought i would share this with you, it may help some folk, now some  have suggested to ad vinegar to help make the glass sheet, and i dont fancy doing that, but i have been doing something for a while and just realized i was doing it, habit i suppose, As you know while your scrubbing the glass and rinsing, you will see the water disperse and mainly droplets sitting on the glass and just wont sheet, and we are never really know for sure  it is carrying all that dirt to the bottom, my way around this is while rinsing scrub very fast 3 times in one area and rinse immediately, the glass actually sheets for a few seconds allowing the water to carry any dirt to the bottom, i start with the top then middle, it may sound like a lot of time, but it only takes seconds to do this, has anyone noticed this to

I understand what you mean jouk but I don't/wouldn't do it. On badly beading windows I tend to scrub for a fraction longer than normal & rinse a tad more. Hey I thought you were a southerner 'till I read your flyer post the other day. ;)
