Could be very lucrative if you are not on a meter.

Yer well we harvest alot of our water as we have a unit with a massive roof area so collect the water and then filter it so might work out well, but had no takes yet.

Exactly.  I live in a flat that is set back from the road and I can't even guarantee to be able to park in the same street - never mind right outside the flat.  Buying the stuff helped me get started and I did DI only sometimes too (in hard water area of about 200 TDS).  It took a while to sort something out but it seems to run OK now.  My RO is 5 miles from base but in among one of my working areas.

I had thought of doing this but then thought a bit harder and it would open up too many doors for a lot more competition and people seeting up for next to nothing so decided against.

Hope your well charlie, let craig know that I never heard anything more about that job, I assume the other company did it but theres still workman on the site.
