DONT run diesel from your tank it costs far too much £ 101 a litre ish use heating oil
for 1 its cleaner and its only 34 pp litre now im on the oil the webasto doesn't get clogged
up with soot and starts up quicker

diesel is for compressing in engines and the webasto is not an engine
heating oil is for burning in your boiler at home just like the webasto

I use a 40 litre red diesel tank storage tank direct to heater, so it costs me 51pence a litre. Cheaper than drawing diesel from van tank. Can't source heating oil readily available where I live hence red diesel.

get a one or two hundred litre tank in the garden then get oil delivered saves a fortune
I have got an outside tap on mine and just top up 5 litres a day at 34 pence a litre

I daren't put a storage tank in the garden as there has been a lot of thefts of diesel and heating oil in Devon in the past year.
