You should be fine with that,i checked mine today just filled my 350L van tank and as soon as it was full dipped my tds meter in and it read 40  :o oops
so had to empty it all out and re-do my resin vessel with fresh resin  ;)

Resin in van? Not after ten minutes ago  :) Di now on static. Trying to eliminate as many connectors and joints in the van because i'm fed up with air in the system. Going to make it as simple as I possibly can.

Yep, turned out to be a square sort of socket affair on the head of my DI vessel with leaky threads.
I've now bought a brand new one and you wouldn't believe the amount of ptfe tape required to stop the threads leaking. It's not too much of a problem 'cos i'm now static DI instead.
I was always told about two and a half turns of tape were sufficient for most threads - I must have at least eight turns on them and they are still weeping.  >:(

Whoever told you 2.5 turns hasn't a clue!  At least 12+ ;) Build it up untill it looks like it's never going to fit back in!
