All these type of connectors are for amateur gardeners. If you want connectors that will last all the usual suppliers (cleantech/Gardiners/WC Warehouse etc etc) have good alternatives.

they look like the same ones i use and i find them very good quality, and decent enough money. £6 seems a bit much for a hose connector

I use the new type hoselock connectors no leaks so far (3 months)

Well if you want them to keep popping off under slight pressure get cheap, if you want them to not budge spend the money
