NCO Traffic wardens new in my area
« on: April 30, 2005, 09:40:48 am »
Can anyone tell me how they get on with council wardens NCO group as they refuse to let window cleaners or any workers load for any time even saying we will only be given 20 in a loading bay max then we ticket you, surly there is some goverment law that give workers parking rights to work when needed on the yellow line.
Torbay has always been a nice plaice to live and work but this month has changed think its time to give up and go on the dole like all the rest of the people who don't want to work as this is getting to hard.

awkward one....I can only suggest trying to form a reasonable working relationship with any on your patch. That's what I've done with the one in Tewkesbury town centre...now he tends to turn a blind eye to me, as long as I don't take the p*ss and stay in one spot for hours....his attitude seems to be 'we're all just trying to make a living mate'.......took a couple of weeks of chatting him up and saying 'Hi, how's your day going'...'how's the family', 'bit nippy today' etc, etc, etc....he's fine now. But if we got a new one, I'd have to start again I guess. It's better to make friends if you can. One thing's for sure, if you make an enemy of them....life will be impossible !
