What price would you charge for an adverage 3 bed semi with 2 lengths of gutter?

I've a special offer on this month. €135 to empty the gutters, wash the outside of the gutters/fascia/soffit & downpipes, and wash the windows too.
Up it to €195 and we'll pressure wash the driveway & footpaths too! :)  (based on a standard 3 bed semi & subject to survey)

I done a gutter clean today, 4 bed detached. one side with full length, the other side with half a length. £45.

Should / could have charged 60 really, but was doing windows and not a busy day.

hertfordshire that is.

I charge £5 per metre and for that the customer gets the gutters unblocked and cleared and the outside and fascia's washed down.
