Dean

I would normally say yes and would happily come up and give you a hand, the only reason I am online the next couple of days is because we are having to order a very large cherry picker for works in Cobham and didn't want to order it for two days and then be sitting there till Tuesday morning (no works on bank holiday).

I have just filled the next two days with 6 nursing homes tomorrow and two UPVC cleans on Friday. Sorry.

How are you getting on with subbing it, have you got enough people to get it done.

hi rob,

im doin this job through michael at oakley maintenance.

we fill the tank up at home throughout the night and onsite if needed.

we are using a 60ft ionics pole along side the cherry picker. so its abit of a maul although we have obviously got smaller poles.

the job is on for the next 3 wks atleast including all weekends.

dean how did you price has it seems like your quite unsure on the time scale, this is not me being funny just seeing if you can get this type of job by just charging for man time ie say you think it will take 3 weeks which will cost this but if it runs over its this extra per day.??

I only live half a hour away but havent got a cs card, might pop by and have a look it sound s like a big job.

Sorry Dean I thought it was working from a cherry picker, the longest pole I have is a 45 footer (but I don't fancy using that all day).

Are you travelling every day.

we are working from cherry picker but its seriously filthy in places so wfping it 1st removes the majority of it then it can be traded from the picker. there are some hard to reach places that can only be accessed from picker though. its a nightmare job but its a superb challenge.

ronnie

don't know about pricing. I wouldn't know where to start. im just payed to get it done.

Sounds to me like you need someone to go up and pressure wash the area before you wfp it. If I can get in the cherry picker I can give you a heads up on it.

Give me a call tomorrow, called you today but no call back.
