lots of Dissolved companies

I was on companies house website and there were loads of dissolved companies, a true sign of the recession

Na theres always been loads of them on there always will too some people get in the slightest trouble and call it a day to avoid authorities etc then start again under another name

i know a roofing contractor in south wales, the last recession in the building game ( early 90's ) which lasted a few years, they would disappear in less than 1 year all the time, the yeard was owned by a off-shore company ( not that, that mattered ) but they would run up debts with EVERYONE and then go, they allways run from the same yard, allways the same coloured vans and signs

it became a joke
