Ive seen posts about this before but i was working away today and digi varistream kept cutting out, after looking i saw the fuse was mangled...whats going on there like!!

Poor connections maybe? Especially if you have those horrible blue snap on connectors to join two wires together.

Took my fuse out a year ago cuz of this - did consider putting a higher ampage one but just twisted the wires together and stuck gaffer tape round it.
I know, I know ... - I'm not recommending
you
do it.

Hi Guys,
Are you charging your battery with varistream connected? I think I read in the instructions that it shouldn't be connected while charging. The same thing happened to me so I disconnect varistream before I charge and now it seems fine.

Not sure if charging is the problem. does anyone else who uses varistream have blown fuses without a split relay I wonder? Maybe we could find out?
