I left van with employee for first time yesterday...............

he telephoned me just as i was walking in to the footie stadium and said things arent working, after he used all water.

Anyway i blooby peed of the pump wont work and the controller tries to power it but it just works for a second and i keep getting an erorr code de. battery ok i ythink and water in mahine.

please help or link for streamline insructions.

I dont know if this'll help or if its a different controller, but have you got an 'up' arrow button and a 'down' arrow button on it?

Well, I wonder if the cutout is set too sensitively.

Go out to the unit and turn the thing on, then AT THE SAME TIME press BOTH the up and down arrows together. You will then be able to adjust the necessary setting, just try turning it up by 15 points perhaps, you need to play around with it to see how well it runs.This may work, if not try playing about with the settings. If you normally run two guys off it an dthen you let matey go out on his own then that may have something to do with it.

But remember your NOT trying to adjust the point at which the pump cuts out, your adjusting the other setting, so you have to do BOTH buttons TOGETHER.

Possibly try turning the actual setting down, so the water flows a little slower, I had the same problem as you mate...it was caused by insufficient tolerance BETWEEN the flow rate and cut off setting.

Its a case of playing around with it and finding out whats best.

My cut off setting I think is set at 85 but I run my pump from anything between 40 and 75

i had the same problem , the best thing to do is to press the up and down buttons together , keep them hold until the word CAL comes up , then press the up button until it gets to 99 , then press the across button , the word SET should come up , this should sort things out for you , then all you need to do is run the pump and find your flow rate , i use it on 75 with the blue fan jets from vari tech and 100 M of 6mm microbore .
