I use a boxed in hose on my trolley system, I changed the micro bore the other day, and found that if I wound it on carefully I could get 30 mts on the reel.
Great an extra 5 mtrs.
What I didn't allow for was the expansion of the pressurised hose, blew the front right off my hose reel.
I had nearly 4 years out of the old reel, [ Hozelock] so can't complain, fitted a bigger one now.
