risk assessment

hi, can anyone help me with a template of a risk assessment. a local shopping centre wants me to provide one and if i done i wont be able to work onsite. i only do one big shop weekly but it pays well and dont want to lose it. any help would be great

Make one yourself, its not rocket science just a table with column 1 - potentail risks/hazards column 2 how to avoid /alleviate them - simples !!

If you just print out someone elses they may be able to tell, if its for a shop front you just need to think of risks like, obstruction caused by bucket and ladders, avoid by putting sign out or cleaning outside busy times, water left on road avoid by using water sparingly, wiping up excess, etc, you will soon form one and it will be bespoke too :)

RA are normally generic anyway

you know the risks, hose, wet floor

you know how to try and minimise them, warning sings normally
