Where could I buy professional oven cleaning equipment? Without having to invest in a franchise.

Keep an eye out on ebay for a dip tank, and the rest can be bought from a multitude of cleaning chemical suppliers. Some equipment/chemicals can be bought from Wilkinsons and the like or Bookers!

Colin
Is the dip tank just a stainless steel folder or is there anything specialist in it?

It's a metal container with a stove underneath to heat the solution up.... They are hard to come by for some reason, I'm thinking of asking a mate of mine to make some at his sheet metal workshop! Could be a money spinner :o

Depending where you train of course. The ones we use are made of polyproplene and heated with an electric element. Bloody £1k though :(

Hi Steve

Could you tell us where you get them from?
