I will be next week...got 59 in Mitton to do....all awkward access (flat roof's etc) ..ho hum..(still take the pole up the ladder though...lol)

hi there,
 
i visited a site yesterday a costain, so quite a big builder, ladders can be used where any other access method is not possible.  and they are hot on this.

but they recignise that ladders will remain
