yes i had to get my head round that also.

we do 6 8 or 12 weekly, mostly 6 so if a customer is £25.00 at 6 weeks lets say, that is 8 cleans a year. so 25 x 8= £200.00 divided by 12 monthly payments = £16.66 per month

Now what if we dont come or they have something extra? well if they werent done in the week they are due or the beggining of the following week we would send a cheque to the value of 1 clean (£25.00) along with a letter explaining why we werent there and when we are due next keeping them in the picture which is always good

As direct debits are adjustable a the companies end if they had say the gutters cleared for £60.00 we would add that to their next dd making it £76.66

So in short the dd makes an affordable service even more affordable while at the same time removing the customer from the payment process eliminating late payments completely and guranteeing positive cash flow into your business

The best way to predict the future is to create it.
