I'm new to this site and looking for a bit of advice please. The majority of my clients are domestic with a couple of office contracts.
I have a cleaning company and currently employ someone 16 hours a week. I have had a few problems with their sickness and have decided to take on someone else rather than have just one person doing all the hours. I don't plan to take away any of the original cleaners hours just share any noew jobs we get. The quandry I have is when you take on a new person do you send them out on their own to jobs immediatly. With the first person I was doing the work myself so took her out with me but I am now 7 months pregnant so can't. I am hesitant to send anyone out with the cleaner I have already.
Also does anyone think its acceptable for me to give any new cleaners a trial to clean someone I knows house and would you pay them for this clean?
