Ref Office cleaning

Does anyone  do a review for the office manager or setup a meeting with them monthly, or do an Audit for them?

Do you wait for them to comment on anything?

Depends on what you want and what they want!

You could just have a comments book  left on site. Cleaner looks in each day to see if they are requesting anything like missed areas! Or special requests.

Audits are fine if the company(the client) has the time for them.

Some times just a general email or phone call is fine or you could send a questionaire every 6 months with complaints etc..
