They haven't been away for the last 3 months so far!!

Can you leave them this time as the long range weather forecast says there's going to be gales and rain at the end of next week. (This was on a Monday morning)

Another one that didn't get any more visits.

All the newbie's will be picking up these dropped customers, and then a new thread will start this time next year with the same excuses  :)

The most annoying reason given to me was, "you wont get paid".  That's good though as I'd been looking for a reason to drop this one.

Can you leave them till spring time , I cant see the point in having them cleaned when they will be just as dirty tomorrow.   DUMPED!

It's not a best, but pathetic excuse. I did the house next door and he waited until I drove out of that house and back down the drive into his before coming out and saying " we don't want them cleaning any more because we're not doing the insides." I can kind of see the logic that if you are going to have dirty windows they may as well be dirty inside and out, but what p'ed me off was him waiting until I'd moved rather than speaking to me over the fence. I still do the next door and am dying for him to ask me to resume ;D Oh, what shall I say......

I've had two customers watch me set up my hose and come out just as I'm about to pole and say: leave the windows "'cause you'll start the dog barking", both told politely to take a run and jump and are on my history list. Start as you mean to go on is one of my mottos, don't except lame excuses as that type of customer is dumped from the start of trouble.

one shop front, the owner says "come back later, I'm busy" I never did go back, ever. from that comment you would have thought he helps me clean his windows!!! ???

Cleaned the whole house... last window just finished...
Lady of the house appears;

Her...   "Erm, I thought you had finished? They said you had and cleaned them yesterday!)
Me... So why did you watch me clean them then?
Her... "I don't know really! I'm not paying though!"

SPEECHLESS! :o >:(
