Hi

Might be possible to cover the area in an absorbent powder for solvents, Adzorb is one product or use absorbent pads or socks.

Once the powder  has absorbed the spills, you can brush into a pile with a hard yard brush or nylon broom and bag it, careful with disposal as it might come under special waste.

Diesel will kill the drive, you need to soak it it asap with as above, or saw dust or kiln dried sand. If you leave it too long the drive will need overlaying but if your quick you may rescue the situation. You could always claim then lay the drive in a more resiliant surface

Might be a bit late, but have a look at this website they may have something that might help.

Problem with diesel on tarmac is it will eat away at it, so try to limit the damage if you can.
