had a call from a refugee centre this mornin over deep cleaning of kitchens and bathroom, just been to view them, turns out there is three toilets each having three cubicles a bath and two showers and three kitchens per block, and three blocks in total so thats nine kitchens and nine bathrooms not that bad to look at just in need of a good clean. plus the communal ares need a clean would say it would take about 17hrs to do the work, the work is not a problem and have the staff to cover but as normal its the price thats gettin to me as i have not priced nothin like this before, and they need there quote emailed ovr by 7 pm tonight for work to start tomorrow. any ideas?

                                                               many thanks, Robert.

Hi

I would be careful here, too many unknowns.

As they are refugees they may have come from countries where things like TB, Aids, etc are rife. Watch out for needles, drugs and other body fluids which can all carry diseases. As the facilities are comunal then they are going to be minging.

Good luck
