I have been using the unger neoprene gloves but have found them realy good. You have to have your hands wet before you put them on.I put my hands in warm water before  i put them on and dry them just a little. They have not let me down yet. There are some gloves on the market called sealskins which are similar. I put the gloves over the radiator at the end of the day to dry.My hands get so hot i usualy take them off after a little while.

On really cold mornings/days I use the Unger ones takes a while to get used to them but they are really good if you have your hands raped aroud aliminium ladders all day also good far pole work on cold wet days put them on a hot vent in the car between calls , other wise them yellow gripper gloves on cold days for pole work (keeps ya hands clean and protected from the wind) mind you I carry about 10 pairs as they soon get wet and cold
The secret is not doing as you like but liking what you do
