mike the people booked in advance are on cleaning plans, all signed up .

I recon if I can get around 350-400 custys on plans then that will be the time to expand and maybe a base possibly an outlet of some kind .

Very slow Clinton

Most of my supply and fit work is referrals or repeat business. Not really pushing it at the moment as all my efforts are going into building up the cleaning side.

Couple of supply and fit jobs this week and a few nice ones in the pipeline including £12 k worth in December if I get it - mind you for the profit on that I would rather clean carpets.

I think some need to clarify what services they provide.  As this section is for carpet cleaning its not a true picture of your business if you supply, fit and do domestic/commercial office cleaning, to say your booked for weeks or years on end.

At that rate of going my commercial carpet cleaning contracts are booked for life!!

One booking for Dec at the moment, i only work a week in front most of the time.
Its always been the same trend for us, so i know that the next 7 weeks will be mayhem.
